FEEL GOOD CHRISTIAN?

Howdy Friends! Many Christians, and even pastors, today steer clear of New Testament teachings of the wrath of God. Why?

.

Do they consider it unimportant? Do they consider it wrong?

Is it something “enlightened” Christians should abandon?

Is it just easier to be a “feel good” Christian?

The biblical writers had no such reluctance. In the Old Testament 600 passages refer to God’s wrath.

The NT portrays God’s wrath as something that builds. In Romans, Paul refers to wrath in 10 verses.

What does this mean today?

As society rejects God, hasn’t it set itself on a course that leads further and further from God?

Before you commit to an answer, look around today. What do you see?

What truths are branded lies? What lies are held as truths? ~ Gitty Up, Dutch.
